COACHED CLASSES

Need that extra bit of motivation or technique guidance during classes? Join our expert coached-led classes, held during peak times. Every class will begin with our coaches showing each individual workout at each station and explain the structure of the class so you can get the best out of the session. 

Coached classes run 7 days a week during times below;

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5am / 6am / 9.10am / 12:10 / 4.30pm / 5.30pm

Tuesday & Thursday: 5am / 6am / 7am / 9.10am / 4.30pm / 5.30pm

Saturday: 6:30am / 7:35am

Sunday: 8am

VIRTUAL CLASSES

Reboot virtual classes run outside of our scheduled coached classes, featuring station-based workouts displayed on screens throughout the facility. Designed for our members to be able to turn up and get a solid workout in without having to think of what to do!

These classes run off the same workout structure as the coached classes and are perfect for those who need flexibility within their schedule.
